Cancellation policy If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, as a courtesy to other guests, a 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged the full amount (100%) of the services booked.Sorry, cancellations made via email are not accepted. If you are late, your massage time may be shortened in order to comply with salon schedule. The full amount for the service is still due.
